out of date kernel/negative transcript reminder

Patrick pointed out to me that many command files may still be using the old negative transcript. The lfs-neg.T transcript is obsolete, being replaced by lfs-negative-<version>.T, the most recent version being 1.0.1.

FYI, here are a list of command file names which are either not being used by a host in config, or a host in config is pointing to a non-existant command file. I suspect if we do a bit of housecleaning that the lists above will get even shorter.
